We need 1 or 2 working days to process orders.

We can ship to over 40 countries but shipping times may vary.

EEUU (North America): Economy International 21-45 days after shipping

Europe : Economy 10-30 days after shipping. Express: 7-21 days after shipping

Asia, Australia: 21-60 days after shipping

Other Countries: 21-60 days after shipping

 

PAYMENTS

Trikots Jerseys offers Credit Card and Debit Card payment now via Paypal. We accept VISA , MasterCard , American Express… All payments ar reprocessed by 3rd parties (PayPal).
Your payment info is not visible to us, to protect you privacy. If a refund needs to be done it will always be done the same way as you have paid for your items.

RETURN ITEMS

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will assist you as far as possible under the following conditions:
1) You  have to contact our Trikots Jerseys team to explain the reason for return.
2) A solution will be given to you within 48 hours of receipt and may include one of the following;
A full refund of the shirt providing the reason for return is deemed genuine and the purchase is returned and signed upon receipt. The returns postage will be paid in full by the sender unless agreed otherwise by 3KOTS JERSEYS.
*  A partial refund of the shirt(s) ordered providing the reason for refund is deemed genuine by 3KOTS JERSEYS.
Note that the shipping costs of the products will not be refunded unless stated otherwise by 3KOTS JERSEYS.

Shirts cannot be refunded after the tags have been removed.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

Any item purchased using a PROMO CODE or received as a gift from 3KOTS JERSEYS.

HOW DO I RETURN GOODS?

Once you have confirmed that the item you wish to exchange or return is eligible and you have contacted us via email, you can send the item(s) back to the address (we will send you the address). You can use the carrier of your choice, shipping cost to us is your responsibility and won’t be covered unless stated otherwise. Retain any tracking numbers and receipts. We cannot be responsible for merchandise lost on route. We do not accept CODs or packages marked “Bill Recipient”.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

All items we receive here have gone through extensive quality control inspections which means we rarely receive defective items. If you receive a defective item in any form, just let us know and we will replace the item in no time, after we received the defective one.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refunds are processed 2-3 business days after we receive and inspect your package and are returned the same way you have paid for your goods.
Refunds are made in the same form as the original payment received.
You will receive an email when your refund is processed.
